I just got a quick question about the new.

Viral+slash combo works very well because viral reduces enemy's health by 50%, and slash bypasses armor/shields to damage health directly.

Viral damage is created by combining cold damage with toxin damage.

The amount of viral does increase the chances to proc viral, but a 2x60/60 gives more viral procs.

Its status effect just increases any further damage the target takes.

The amount of viral modded on the weapon has no effect whatsoever on those values.

The phage is an infested shotgun that fires seven viral beams in a wide spread.

If by watch their health drop you mean it continues doing damage.

So viral procs = half health, and slash.
